Garvus's village is in the very north and arctic region that has been conquered by the Anaxan Empire. Unlike the self-centred and care about yourself attitude in the centre of the empire, the village pulls together to form one big community with many feasts in the village hall and celebrations shared throughout the village, even birthdays. The village thrives on farming and has little thought on having a lot of money.
