> Changing an object's respective gravitational field COULD have an effect on other objects, mild pulling forces and such but nothing really beyond that. I think that the effect would be more concentrated on WHAT it is that Molly is targeting, unless she were just projecting an altered gravitational field in the nearby area, in which case it just gets harder for people to move. > > I don't think she would be able to affect the gravity of the ground itself because 1. Ground is usually very expansive and much larger than she is able to affect, and 2. The effect that I'm thinking of is more like making the gravity AROUND someone or something more intense, so it would just make it heavier at best. If it were to affect things around the target by ways of pulling or vice versa, that would be a gravity well, which she can't do to living things and can barely do to inanimate objects, and not just an increase in gravity. Does that make sense? Makes sense to me. I see no problem with that. --- > > I'm less worried about the molecular freezing and more concerned about the combustion. You explode now by your own molecules. I specifically defined my characters powers only working on non-living because otherwise I could just convert part of someone's body into energy and kill them. How quickly can she cause things to freeze or combust? How much at once? > > > > --- > > It wouldn't be used against people... but it would be used with like objects and stuff... It does cause it to blow up. > > Here are the information about the powers, to those who are concerned. > > [Molecular Immobilization](http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Molecular_Immobilization) > > [Molecular Combustion](http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Molecular_Combustion) I understand both of the abilities. If the combustion is not used to blow someone up then I am alright with it. I like to think people know better. There is issue with a power being able to stop someone in an instant. The only one I can see possibly circumventing that is a speedster (thanks to the Speed Force).
