Well i can always just make it a repentance for giving into an urge and feeding as a punishment handed down versus execution, unless execution is a have to.

As for communication that just involves more descriptive role-playing with gestures and body language description, that or i can do spoken words when needed as sign language. if its more trouble than its worth ill scrap it. Right now I am just work-shopping a few ideas.
