At least this character is manageable unlike diamond blizzard.....

In my eyes he's just trying to tweak it just enough to prevent becoming op early on(mentioning limits for your abilities would assist greatly in that. As well as tweaking some terminology.

Also if I may help, with spirit clone, perhaps they can interact with the environment on an intangible/spiritual level. Passing through obstacles repositioning etc. But upon contact with chakra(so any jutsu or trained taijutsu user) the clone takes on a physical form. Best of both worlds manageable it makes sense and its still your skill.
