"Um... I... don't... decide things. You can choose." 

Tim had started checking around the pockets of his new coat, looking for anything that had been left behind by the previous owner, so he wasn't really paying complete attention to the questions he was being asked.  Though, he would probably give the same answers, full attention.

"I don't care, we can do either one, its fine with me."
