We're hollow hunters blackbeard anything remotely related to the targets such as arrancar are considered targets or high level dangers and the rule of thumbs for the boss is that he hates shinigami (Give or take substitutes). Its Bounts (with the rule of it being that they consume shinigami/hollow souls instead of human souls), Fullbringers, Quincies only. 

This is all because I made this roleplay with the intention and the resolve of playing the lesser known group called the fullbringers and give humans and other beings such as quincy a time to shine as opposed to the stronger arrancar, visored, and the shinigami.
