Raiden uses his personal sensor suite to broadcast the message to everyone, in hopes that personal communicators had not been infected, but doesn't expect it to work. He dashes to the reactor personally.

"I shall handle the distraction." Blade Wolf leaps into the room, cleanly beheading one of the targets before rebounding off his corpse to one of the defense guns. If the guns had started reacting by now, Blade Wolf would slice the gun off the wall from above, before continuing to wreak havoc.

Given his ability to deflect machine gun fire, insane durability, and most importantly, a full heal and recharge after every kill, no amount of robotic opponents on this scale were a threat. Only a powerful single target was any threat to Raiden or Blade Wolf, as grunts were simply walking vending machines.
