Dio sighed and shook his head, glancing at the projectile that was just shot. He would have preferred staying in top condition, but...

"Shame that you're such a great fighter..." he trailed off before glaring at Carver's position. Using 'The World' to launch him closer to Carver, Dio kicked the chargind weapon in Carver's hand, forcing it to simultaneously break and discharge, blowing off Dio's leg as he used the momentum to catch Carver's arm mid-swing with one arm. As the blade dug into his shoulder, Dio punched through the armor near Carver's neck and jabbed his fingers into the man's neck.

"I hope you'll reconsider your position in the future." Dio stated as blood began flowing into his body and regenerating his wounds.
