Homeworld: Born on Arcadia, but moved to Earth 

Position: SPARTAN IV of the UNSC

Primary Weapon: BR85HB SR Battle Rifle

Personality: Vashti is a quiet soul, but also kind and brave. She has a strong dedication to protect those who cannot defend themselves. Because of this she has often disobeyed orders to help someone in need on the battlefield. 

Bio: Vashti was born on the planet "Arcadia" in the year 2537; 6 years after the first Covenant attack on the planet. Both her parents had managed to survive the outbreak led by the Arbiter "Ripa 'Moramee", and continued to live on Arcadia. Life was hard in the aftermath of the battle. 

   At the time of Vashti's birth, her parents made a hard decision. They wanted a better life for their child; away from the danger of the Covenant. 
   Not yet a month old, Vashti was found abandoned on the doorstep of a UNSC supply base with nothing but a ragged blanket and a golden locket around her neck. There were no photos inside, and when the UNSC failed to locate her parents, she was transferred and eventually ended up in one of the many Orphanages located on the planet Earth. 
   
In the year of 2549, Arcadia was once again attacked and her parents were killed; never to have been identified as her family.

   However, Vashti grew up strong and kind. She protected the other children in the orphanage and treated each of them like siblings.
But in the year 2552, when the Covenant first attacked Earth and Vashti was 15, only half of the orphans managed to escape alive. Devastated by the loss, it was at this time that Vashti decided to later enroll into the UNSC. 

   The moment she was 16, and the Human/Covenant war came to an end, she achieved that goal. 
  She became a marine and served for 6 years; fighting against the Covenant remnant. 
 Because of her strong physique and experience in battle, Vashti was soon given the chance to become a SPARTAN IV. 
   She viewed this as an opportunity to better protect those who needed protection. 

  Assigned to the ship "Trinity" in the following 7 years; Vashti was tasked to help guard the UNSC whilst they studied Forerunner Artifacts. It was when a portal was found and the Covenant attacked, soon leading to the activation of said portal, that her world changed drastically. 
   

Misc Info: Vashti still wears her mother's locket; keeping it safe under her armor as a reminder of those who had once loved her.
