Ah, poor Brawl. While people in SE are either infiltrating a space-ship or attacking one outright, he's stuck back at base. It's because he's fat isn't it! (An M1A1 Abrams weighs over 60 tons). So I don't think he'd be brought along to either of them because it's hard to sneak a tank aboard a ship, and because Blackout can fly and he cannot.
