"He would be fine out if water for awhile. But his body isn't build to have this much oxygen. Getting him wet might help but I don't know if it will be enough. I am not a specialist when it comes to marnie life. But my best guess is that he isn't getting enough nitrogen or something that he usually gets from the water." Shea explained.
