@MagusDream: Hmm. Kula's ice abilities seem like it's a bit easy for him to freeze enemies.

Yumemi seems fine, but I do find it a little odd that her silliness isn't mentioned. Maybe I'm just worried after seeing some... less-than-good RPers play Touhou characters as over-the-top grimdark for no justifiable reason.

Chiyuri is fine, though for the sake of the RP you should probably define personal time control a bit more clearly.

Yamata no Yato should probably get a rundown of what abilities you want her to have as a youkai(also having Amatsu Mikaboshi become Mumumu Mikaboshi is hilarious to me for some reason).
