**Finnegan's Trade House** General Sta'falia was shocked. So much had happened in such little time. The Valkyrie had barely reached the ground when the apparent aggressors had run off. Just after that another group of ships broke through, followed by what can only be described as an abomination. The Roa'marii ships had instantly put up shields and were currently firing at the abomination as it released a swarm of smaller creatures. The general was quick to take to the air once more before sending a message to the other Valkirie. "Sisters, I don't know what that thing is, but it doesn't belong here. All of our efforts and nothing seems to faze it. This mission has become one of survival and evacuation. Grab those who aren't trying to fight and head back to the ship. All squads launch immediately. Save as many as you can. Captain, I want the ships ready for a jump as soon as possible. In the meantime, continue firing at it. Use the mana cannons, they seem to have the most impact on it." Once the message was sent, the Valkyrie went forth, grabbing any who were either wounded or couldn't fight. Sta'falia drew her twin blades, each forged from magic resistant Arcadian Steel. Her wings too were bladed with the metal. She swung around, her form becoming a deadly blur as she sped through, cutting down the smaller abominations she passed. Nearby, her battle sisters carried various creatures, mainly wounded fairies, off the ground and towards the waiting Roa'marii ships. As the mechanized infantry and tanks of the draconians went up in flames, the abominations began to overwhelm the Valkyrie, a number of their ranks falling before the general's eyes. "We are being overwhelmed, all forces grab one last xeno and head back to the ships. We need to get out of here." As she spoke, two of the Roa'marii ships, the closest to the massive abomination, began to fall apart, their hulls being pulled towards the creature. When they got too close, they began to disintigrate, the ships being turned to energy. Then, the antimatter vore of one ship ruptured, the explosion catching the other and reaching the edge of the abomination. It cried out in an otherworldly scream as its side was burned by the Roa'marii ships. In retaliation, a tendril shot out and grabbed another ship, ripping it in two before consuming it to feed the insatiable hunger. Slowly, two more ships fell, turning the fleet of seven into a mere two. Sta'falia grabbed the nearest xeno, one she would later know to be a Sakari Mage, and made for the lead ship of the two remaining. Once she arrived the two ships turned and left the pocket of hyperspace in a flash of light. **Roman Training Room** "Well, if we're staying at this planet we may as well get going. I'll keep that bit of knowledge about Briggs in mind." The six Roa'marii gathered their armor and weapons before following the imperator out to the docking bay where they boarded a shuttle to take them to the planet's surface. **Arcadia** General Peltis was the first to respond to the Roman General. "You may move your ship next to ours, from there we will head down to Moonfall, Arcadia's capital. There the Emperor will be waiting to meet you." As the Roman dreadnought moved into place, Jer'rahd took Lelouche to a long hall adjacent to the Roa'marii docking bay. Here there were a number of platforms, each glowing a soft blue. "This is the teleport room. We will connect to a similar room in the Moonlight Castle and use these to take us down there. Far more efficient and quick than taking a drop ship. We will wait there for your father."
