It's a reference to a lot of stuff which in turn references Fist of the North Star. Whenever Kenshiro blows people up by punching them, their screams of pain (I think in Japanese it's like, itai, or hitai) would get distorted, and one of the more famous examples was "HIDEBU!" So now when people get hit in anime sometimes they say that before they go flying or explode or crash through a wall, XD
