"Nothing is wrong. I just took a small hit to the head, and think I need to go to the hospital. I just think you should drop me off in the ER, it will only be for a few minutes, then we can be on our way." Aaron pointed to the Rolls parked outside. "That's my car. Now let's go before the cops come and start taking statements." Aaron straightened his Duster. 

"Good job, now let's get out of this dump." Anubis said. "Osiris, you humans are so frail. How the heck do you even walk?" 

"Alright, who are you, and what are you doing in my Ward?" The angel's Voice sounded. 

"I'm Anubis, Egyptian God of Embalming, you know, the guy with the Jackal head?" 

Great... Now Aaron had an angel and an Egyptian God in his head. It was like in cartoons when the guy had an angel and demon on his shoulders. This was slightly worse. Anubis laughed. 

"Alright guys, knock it off, I'm going to the hospital." Aaron thought out loud. Aaron Judo flipped the invisible guy again, and started walking to the door.
