Personality: Has difficulty showing emotions, but is protective of life in all forms. Knowledge of society was mostly gained through observation and shoujo manga, leading to a....questionable, understanding about how the world works. In love with Kamijou Touma, and can be territorial in regards to him when Misaka Mikoto is around. Has a habit of narrating her actions in the third person in conversation. Best described as a 'cool beauty' 

Abilities/Weapons: [i]Radio Noise[/i] - Has a weaker version of Misaka Mikoto's Electromaster ability, allowing her to generate a current of 50,000 volts, as well as generating a strong electromagnetic field that has a tendency to scare animals.

[i]Misaka Network[/i] - A neural link with the surviving  Misaka clones, allowing her to share memories and experiences, as well as coordinate actions and aid in collective problem solving. 

[i]Military training[/i] - Via the Testament machine, as well as the Misaka Network, Misaka 10032 has extensive military training in the usage of weapons, tracking targets, shaking pursuers, and the like.

[i]Electron Goggles[/i] - Special goggles that allow her to see electron beams and magnetic field lines, as well as providing night vision, and greater accuracy when connected to a Toy Soldier

[i]Toy Soldier[/i] - Actually a F2000R bullpup assault rifle, it is portable, and made of laminated plastic rather than steel. It can detect a target with infrared rays, and uses electronic control to adjust the trajectory in real time to give the bullet the best odds of hitting. This means one doesn't have to worry about wind direction or expected evasion, as the gun itself will adjust, and the wielder just needs to point it at the target. Specially made to absorb shock, recoil, and noise, fires 5.56x45 mm bullets.

[i]Metal Eater MX[/i] - Actually a Barret M82A1 anti-tank rifle. Prototype model that allows usage of fully automatic fire, with Misaka having been trained how to handle the recoil. Uses .50 caliber anti-tank bullets, and can fire it at speeds of 1200 kilometers per hour

Backstory:

Not much is known of her initial backstory, but she was first seen meeting Kamijou TOuma, where she helped him carry drinks, before he helped her deal with a cat the next day. During that time, one of the Experiments was conducted as part of the Level 6 Shift Project, which resulted in Touma finding her carrying the body of her predecessor, letting him know what was happening.

The next day, she went to fight Accelerator, attempting to asphyxiate him with ozone. This failed though, and she was about to be killed when Touma saved her life. To return the favor, she utilized the Misaka Network to disrupt Accelerators manipulation of plasma, and Touma was able to defeat him, ending the experiments. Afterwards she was given treatment by Heaven Canceller to prolong her lifespan, and was one of the few Misaka clones allowed to stay in Academy City. 

She was later able to recruit his assistance to ensure that Tree Diagram would not be rebuilt, though they were only able to save Shirai Kuroko, and Accelerator destroyed the fragment himself.

Afterwards, on behalf of Academy City, as well as Heaven Canceller's efforts to get the Misaka clones to develop their own individual personalities, she was sent out into the multiverse, to observe and to do....stuff. Honestly, she's of the opinion that this is kinda pointless, but she doesn't have a choice anymore. And it does provide valuable information, so she's just gonna roll with it.
