During the fall Blake pretty much lost consciousness, but he did heard the child say thank you before he fully passed out.
After around 15 minutes, not that Blake has any way to tell time in his current situation, he started to wake once more, noticing the child seemingly sleeping next to him.
Slowly he started to get up only to flinch at the sudden realization of his shoulder, yet he noticed it did not hurt at all.
In order for him to check he would have to shift shape, though if the bullet really was still there it would hurt like hell, still he had to check.
slowly he moved into some bushes nearby, keeping his eyes on the girl for her safety before he began his chance, surprised that it did not hurt at all.
Once he was human he checked where the wound should have been in this shape, meaning his left shoulder right between his chest and shoulder joint that moves his arm, but there was nothing there... strange...
After this he got dressed and placed his weapons at the spots he always kept them before going back to the child, he did not wore his shirt as he had planned to place it over the girl to keep her warm before sitting next to her, planning to protect her and hoping that Cat would find them soon enough, off course the girl could have woken up by then so he kept his hands up, holding his shirt in his right hand so she would see he was not going to attack her.

She looked at the nice thing confused as it pulled away its paw (yes she is using animal words for this)
Yet as it started to walk she indeed followed crawling on the ground, a happy face as she was curious to where they were going.

As she followed the small creature she had shaped her Kari into a small (same size as herself) pink scorpion, taking herself into the tree's mostly as she melted the wood and stone and other matters just enough with her 8 scorpion legs to stick to them without showing any evidence she was there, you would need something that could scan the area for acid residue or put the surface under a powerful microscope to see the damage the legs made, still due to this she could just as easy as a scorpion or spider walk on pretty much anything.
most of the times she had to jump from tree to tree it was pretty easy due to the 8 legs and otherwise it was a real quick climb back up, resulting that Zmerr had nearly no way of noticing her.

She was pretty proud of herself that she was able to follow the small creature all the way to some ruins, but she had no idea what the hell happened when he suddenly disappeared like that.
"EEHH?, where he go?"
Slowly she walked inside the ruin, feeling something but walking though it just as easy.
She pretty much walked around the empty building...
