Maybe. She probably hasn't thought much about shielding her mind from psychic intrusion, and as she's in a nice, proper sleep she'd probably be subject to Reginaldus' powers. I'll put that into my next post.

OK then. A secret police force for the Cypriots would be a little redundant, considering that Reginaldus is more than capable of assassination and reconnaissance throughout his entire kingdom without mortal agents to mess things up.
