"Sounds like Phoebe covered most of it. Safe places to train reskky depend in your ability. I practice outside mostly. But only while the weathed is cold. When it warms up I'll move indoors." Katherin explained. "Safe places include the classroom where we have power development. There's also a large second gym designed to withstand almost anything. You can sign up for electives at the office. There's a few computers set up just for that. As for a safe place to name. Its hard to dsay with all the choas. But the dorms are usually quiet."
