No traditional timeline per say but the RP is set after the events of all the Zelda games which means except for a few who fall into a special set of circumstances all the introduced characters are reincarnations of themselves. Some are originals like Midna and Zant having accidentally travel through time by way of Mirror of Twilight and Navi and Saria who are immortal.

Besides, Cia sort of died, like permanently in Hyrule Warriors so she can't really be present unless she is a reincarnation.
