Actually both have been part of the squad before, with Reverse Flash actually being on the current roster! Deathstroke was also a member of the same squad although he left the next issue after turning on everyone but hey ho!

I see what you mean about the well known supervillains and I believe that was the case for sometime, although strangely Black Manta is also on this new roster so it would seem that they aren't sticking to the rule anymore!
