didn't really think of an age range as of current, maybe 15-19 or something like that.

They will pretty much be studying everything, though some things may come a lot easier than others. In rp they will be given choices for what to study at the current time, once they get through the basic magic training, aka learning to control magical energy enough to actually use it for something.

Can't control the elements or anything, unless you can actually use magical energy lol.
