Bruce was well aware that Kagerou was approaching, and when she knocked on the door,  he opened it. In way of invite, Bruce stepped back from the door, back towards his desk. It might seem quite normal, but Bruce always thought that the desk gave a sense of power. Not that he needed that, of course.
