First time I read Batman's story, I immediately though "Hmm, how could I make this more fucked up?", so yeah it's an original spin and one I've been storing in my brain for years. The initial version had a Robin as Bruce's baby brother, but I scraped that off because I found it pretty weird. Then, I went with Hush.
