1. Are all characters supposed to receive the text sent by Ryousei?
2. How long has it been since Colors first started appearing?
3. Do Colors only appear in Ikeburo?
4. Is the general public at least somewhat aware that there are reaaaaally strange serial killers on the prowl, possibly using unique/impossible methods to commit crimes? (Would it be rumored that the superpowered are appearing in the city, or is this completely unexpected?)
