Magnus entered the room with a knock, Tremblay was often found with all the maps and charts. Anything that could be mapped was mapped out. Nothing was unseen. "Hello" Magnus spoke quietly and gentle. Being second in command and all, he didn't say much as he came in.

He put his glasses on as he raised a page. "Groups of people. the amount of people has increased drastically in the last few days. A few small groups, and who knows what else might come in the next couple as well. If they are all coming here for the same reason, or are even connected to each other I wouldn't know. But as we both know, we can't allow groups to just take home here...in our territory. So I propose something simple..." Magnus spoke with a sense of clearness as if in his mind he had already know that this was going to happen, with the hint of french jut like Tremblay. 

"I'll get with a few of my men and we'll go to one of the groups and show  the....rules, what they need to have so we have a nice partnership...So they know what they can do...and what they can't"
