Skills/powers Charak Lazarus is generally a normal human in every possible manner as such he has fears he can be killed like a normal human and such he's not a killer but will kill in self defense

Charak - broken on the other hand is a whole other story....
He has shown the ability to manifest large skeletal wings which while impossible to fly with are sharp enouth to be used as weapon's 
He also has a the ability to regenerate but this is dependent on how much control he has on the body (Charak Lazarus heals like a normal human while Broken can heal severe injury's in under 2 hours) His control on the Body is actually a very large strength yet also a weakness because he is dependent on keeping Lazarus alive. so that he may exist.
Charak - Broken has shown exceptional Speed and Strength so much so that it outweighs a normal human but he is chained by again by how much Charak is in control. but if Charak say was to be knocked out He would have full control until charak regained consciousness So Charak tries to avoid combat but other  times he purposely knocks himself out (it works the same with feinting)

Charak - broken is rumored to have other ability but has never had either enough time or enough control to use them. 
Biography - i am not telling.. but lets just say it involves a fire and alot of screaming kids. and maybe a demonic invocation
