I'm voting definite "No" on punishing him, since you're acting too irrationally and angrily to make sound decisions.

On top of this, you nosold it anyways. Autokill isn't a thing when your character can "come back from paste" anyways. In fact, you're practically obligated to take horrendous injuries all the time, like Deadpool, Wolverine, and a host of similar characters do on a regular basis. Deadpool gets shot in the head for comedic reasons on a regular basis. You'd know that if you'd read the comics.

I have read his comics, and own seven of them by now. I know he gets those kinds of injuries often, but it is a basic courtesy (and rule of this roleplay) to act in a way that gives the character chance to get out of the way, and then counterattack if they so choose.
