If I were to honestly pick one of them based off of entertainment, I'd easily pick taste. Think of all the amazing detail your taste buds would pick up on an excellent cuisine, or the savory creaminess of a truffle.

Of course, though, what procedure you get is completely random, and you have no say in it. Plus, if you inherited it, you're stuck with whatever the parent's genetics give you.
