Telekinesis and Electricity
 
-Electro Ball- He can throw a lighting ball at his foe that paralysed the left side of of his opponents body. The numbing last for 15 seconds before the opponent regains feeling. 
Levitation: He can levitate off the ground for one post while reaching speeds up to 109mph, he also can travel just as far as he can reach speeds. During the second post he becomes exhausted and falls.

Pull and Push: He can push or pull solid objects five meters ranging from knifes, daggers, and swords, to crates and doors and any object that weighs 500 pounds. Though he can't pull or push people. 

Deflect: He can deflect knifes, daggers, swords, lances, For energy projectiles like using soul, chi, fire, water, ice, lighting, shadow, and light. No matter what shape the projectile is formed in, he can deflect it's coarse. This can only be used once per post. So after the first post, he has to wait until the third post. 

Confusion: He can confuse his opponent by emitting a small cyan light from his eyes. That connects with his foes forehead. Making it easier for Scion to attack. The opponent becomes tipsy for 15 seconds.

Electro Wave: Scion throws three small horizontal waves of electricity. For every other wave he has to charge for one post. Until he reaches maximum capacity, he can fire off shockwaves that launch at 10mph and will cause numbness for 20seconds. The last one he's able to launch three in one post. 

Any relevant weaknesses: Yes. His psychic power is limited by his stamina and upon getting tired he has to concentrate more. Also, his Deflect technique, he can reflect it as long as it weighs 500 pounds or less. Projectiles that are higher then level 4 can't be deflected and this is worth noting. If water were to hit any part of his body it'll give him a slight electrocution on said area, but anything like a body of water will knock him unconscious. Also, if he is submerged in water for 30mins he'll die and can't come back for 7 days. 

Personality: Scion can be described as gentle never really getting angry at nearly anything. He is optimistic always showing that any situation can be resolved with determination and careful consideration. This man is confident and will help anybody he sees that need support. Though he is good natured he is not without his faults. He doesn't like to lose especially in competition and will do almost anything to win except cheat he can be immature at times ignoring people who aren't on the same side as he is or just being flatout rude. 
History/Backstory:Born in the year 3040 all Scion thought he knew about himself was a lie, his brother Sai was killed in a tournament that happened fifteen years ago. His father had told him Sai died by natural cause. Scion had been wondering why his father would lie to him about his brothers death. Until he found out through an undercover agent that he was an experiment funded by his father, who had political claimed to never support genetic mutation. 

Six months after Scion had discovered that he was a mutation he wanted to use his power to help people and so he had took jobs working at factories, markets, and any place where he could use his power to help people.
