Class: Freelance,business entrepenuer of a space weaponry firm called the Ro-tech Foundation that originated in the 1st Quadrant: Amnoa. He is also Co-founder and president of the organization.

Origin Quadrant: Amnoa, in the Polari solar system of planet Udons.

Appearance: Fitted in a nice 3 piece black colored tuxedo. Wears a very expensive Galo-Watch, decked in a platinum frame with multple clock gears that adapt to the time frequencies in different planets he does business with personally. Has snowy-grey hair flailing out at ear length. Has an azure-oceanic fused eye color and a clear, slightly tanned complexion with two scars across the left side of his face in an X. His tuxedo jacket has a weird articulation around the left collar. A jewlery of some sort that is outlined with gold, wrapping around various crystals assorted from all four Quadrants. Prefers high quality boots over fashionable dress shoes and sometimes wears scarfs.

Weapons: Normally he has two body guards, Shiro and Hyral (NPC), to take on opposers, but when it's his deal to give damage, he brings along Zohar Pistols (Golden cased with several crevices glowing in green lights around the framework) and an old fashion gold-crafted Rapier sword.

Ship: Called the 'Auronolith.' A stretch of about 2.1 kms in length, this huge fortress has a small city built within it's belly. Shaped more aerodynamic and sleek like a jet, equipped with wings at it's sides and the bridge is located on the central body above the city of the ship.The upper portion of the Auronolith is colored with a clean white surface with a few gold decal, particularly outlining crevices of the ship. The lower half (seen from below, up) is painted black. The ship has many sections:Hangar,Dock, Bridge, Residential (modified city block),Business Floor, etc. 
The Dock can hold up to 3, battle-ship crafts, and at least 10 regular fighter crafts, excluding his own. The Hangar area can hold up to 15 slots for mobile suit gears.

A. Multple laser turrets
B. Anti-torpedo bogies
C. Ion Cannons
D. Particle Missle Volley
E. The 'Auros' hangar facility allows Gaignun's Ro-Tech employees to engage in combat using particularly Aero Robot Units, basic fighter jets or drones.
F. Because of the massive population the Auronolith holds (1000), the shields are reinforced with massive ionic/plasma layers.

Bio: For a long time, the mobil Ro-Tech foundation based in the giant fortress of Auronolith, has helped stimulate economies abroad the cosmos with weapons development and security defense mechanisms. Gaignun, despite how much of a tyrant he can be when it comes to business, has hero-like qualities that most likely convinced him to join the effort in securing the Universe from harm of the Vquiso. With the Ulesk solar system now completely infested, he wants to secure his homeland system, Polari, as well as everyone else's from the clutches of the alien infection.
