You imagine it from within a box, and it magically appears. And, if we did keep said gauntlets at the same power, that would mean we'd need to up the difficulty of the beasts, making it so that the normal people have no chance against them. When you add OP weapons, the monsters need to be more powerful. When the monsters are more powerful, people without OP weapons are screwed on the spot. You must take into account that there are people who will not be using your weapon. So you need to make it more balanced so that the beasts need not be impossible for them to kill.

Okay. 1. This can still be used to kill other people, and like I said, if someone takes it, everyone's dead. 

2. You did not explain it in this detail earlier. I assumed organic matter wouldn't be as severely effected as buildings. Because if it can take down buildings and organic matter the same way, nothing stands a chance against it. 

3. You can just shoot literally everywhere while backed up against a wall, and because their jump points are completely random, eventually you would get them.

well strictly speaking I never intended organic matter to be effected in the same way if you remember the sources I quoted for this teck it was Shriek and pied piper both of them used them on organic matter and just stunned like the flash and batman and yes they could burst ear drums because it sound a loud enough sound can burst your ear drums the only way for them to kill them was to was to ever match the frequency to the specific like the pied piper didbut this required detailed medical records or to focus into at their head and bust brain cells but with a moving targets that level of precision would be impossible
