It's a dark shade of purple with green and black outlying it in trimming. The whip itself is a stark black color and made with a sturdy material coated in barbs. The machinations of the whip are various, but the main attribute is the whips shotgun like ability. When used in long range combat (and even close) the whip cracks a bullet from is tip, effectively breaking it with the sound barrier and launching it forward in a long-range spray. Ahriman uses this in a rather lithe, acrobatic way, though he is extremely precise in his attacks and efficient as he uses the whip itself to damage and create a barrier between him and his opponent. There is no dignity in getting lashed and shot full of shrapnel. When pressured, Ahriman can break the whip into six parts, effectively adding a hefty amount of damage in the form of a wider spray with a lot more bullets, as well as more than one effective way to harm an opponent with the whip itself. It's take years of practice for Ahriman to use Harbinger effectively, but determination has made him an effective master at wielding both versions off his weapon. Wretched and Damned The melee, close to mid-range version of Ahriman's weapon acts as a kind of chain and grapple, with part of the base acting as the handle as the whip itself retracts into it. The large handle of the whip then breaks off into two parts, one extending over Ahriman's hand to act as the fist, and the other protruding a large sickle from the tip, attaching itself to the whip itself, to act as the blade. Wretched and Damned is a purple and black metallic weapon, rigid and with gold decor that sweeps from the base of the weapon in wide contours and vines, gradient in its translation from vine to cracks to the actual base of the weapon. The tip of the sickle is coated in a stark, crimson paint. The base of the weapon, as mentioned, breaks off (cutting the long handle into halves), clamping down onto Ahriman's fist when transforming from Harbinger to Wretched and Damned. It acts as a spiked fist with sharpened claws; it has the same color scheme and decor as the spear part of the weapon. Since there isn't enough of the actual material, the fist is sectioned, coating Ahriman's knuckles and fingers and part of the back of his hand. Ahriman uses Wretched and Damned in a very grapple oriented fashion, reeling enemies into close range to make use of mechanized fist. He's quite ruthless when using Wretched and Damned and is unmerciful in his beat down. The weapon itself has separate mechanisms for both the fist and sickle. The sickle uses the trigger from the whip to extend its attacks further, breaking off from the handle to use the vine of the whip to reach and further sectioning itself when it's reached the whips maximum length, grappling onto enemies for Ahriman to drag them back in. The trigger acts to both cast the sickle and retract in the same, shotgun like fashion of the whip. However, that's not the only function, as the sickle itself is still a deadly weapon. Due to its prehensile ability, Ahriman is able to use the sickle in as a mid-ranged weapon, taking advantage of the whip's length to keep his distance when attacking enemies with the sickle. It further uses the shotgun mechanism to piston the sickle into quick, wide arcs, to inflict further damage. The fist part of Wretched and Damned, however, acts as the main damage component and uses the shotgun mechanism from Harbinger to increase blunt force impact of it. Combined with the sickle, the fist can be used at its maximum capacity, inflicting damage to those unfortunate enough to be caught by the sickle. Ahriman uses it relentlessly, using the piston in each punch and attack he can muster. As well, since the fist is used from the material of the whip, it uses some of the whip's lash to attach the claws onto the metallic part of the knuckle, where the spikes are and where the fist deals most of its damage. Using the piston, it can detach the claws to extend Ahriman's attacks before the elastic of it reels them back onto his fingers. This has caused a few problems for Ahriman in the past and many, many broken fingers. Course: Combat Semblance: Bleeding Pomegranate Through the use of his semblance, Ahriman is able to physically and mentally connect himself with an individual of his choice. When choosing, Ahriman has to have physical contact with the individual to form this bond and it lasts as long as Ahriman wills it. Through it, Ahriman is able to take 50% of all damage dealt to the individual, as well, he's able to sense along side them (hear, see, touch, smell, even taste). Not only that, but if they're within range, Ahriman can effectively switch places with them, or either pull the individual into him or propel himself toward them in a flash of purple. It's an effective symbiosis of two people as they share both physical senses and mental thought processes, making each movement coordinated and calculated to match the other. When paired with an individual Ahriman is close to, the effects are amplified simply from how well he knows them, and can prove to make both individuals a near unstoppable force. As well, if an individual is injured, Ahriman can use his semblance to take on part of the injury, lessening suffering of said individual by a monumental amount. (Existing injuries like birth defects or things that have scarred and become permanent are exempt from this ability) Personality: Not necessarily what one would expect of Ahriman as a person, but the harsh ridges of his personality could definitely be attributed to his unwillingness to give of himself too freely. But when he shares himself, he shares his whole self, unabashed and with no judgment. However, on the outside, people definitely consider Ahriman to be a callous individual, with a penchant for a deadpan snark that catches most people off guard. He's a very literal individual and can be seen as a tad jaded, if not wholly cynical. He's not one to show too much emotion, but can often be oblivious in nature and somewhat ignorant of anything out of his grasp of knowledge. Not to say that he isn't knowledgeable, he is, it's just the social aspects that surround society that he can't quite get a handle on. This makes him an awkward individual who often finds himself in awkward situations because of this. Even with all of these weird quirks, Ahriman finds it very pleasing to help people in need and will often drop what he's doing in order to assist a person he feels needs the help. He does it simply because he feels it right, though he isn't against anyone offering him sweets or coffee in exchange for his help. Or hamburgers. Or bacon. However, despite all of this, Ahriman is a deeply determined individual and often tunnel-visioned into his cause. A lot of the time, these causes are rooted in caring and aiding those he's come to love and care for. But, he's subtle and often times a little too under the radar, as things he does often go over people's heads and it can lead to him being taken for granted. When it comes to the people he loves, Ahriman will do just about anything for them, be it morally ambiguous or not. As well, Ahriman is a very individualistic person and often likes to do things on his own, much to the chagrin of his significant other as both individuals are very stubborn in this case. Ahriman can be very assertive, however, and is direct in what he wants, though is often underhanded in how he gets those things or how he achieves the goal he desires. He's not above roundabout ways of getting through to an individual and can be very cunning and witty when the situation calls for it. Unfortunately, Ahriman does have a mean streak and his temper can get out of control rather quickly. He's spiteful and vindictive, often cruel in his methods of enacting due justice. In a state of anger, Ahriman doesn't often understand the meaning of consequences and can often trample through rules and regulations for the sake of letting off steam or going through with a nasty revenge plan. Luckily, however, Ahriman isn't one to hold grudges and is usually rather retrospective of himself outside of his tantrums. That's not to say Ahriman is very trusting or can easily forgive, just that he doesn't find it paramount to expend so much energy on holding all that anger in instead of letting out, like he is want to do. To top it all off, Ahriman has no idea of the meaning of personal space and will not hesitate to get up close and personal with just about anyone. It offers some choice awkward moments, of which he ends up bewildered and confused after said person reacts in any kind of negative fashion. Color: Amethyst [#9966cc] Emblem: Ahriman's emblem is rather simple, it's a mere broken pomegranate with its seeds exposed and exactly six of them missing, laid in a circle around the fruit as a kind of vegetative halo. Appearance: Being a male deer faunus, Ahriman's most prominent features are in fact the antlers the protrude from his head, as well as the floppy ears on the side of his head, often turned downward in a rather somber fashion. The antlers themselves are a stark white and his ears are a mix of brownish black. Ahriman himself is a lithe individual with a solid, athletic build, quite the opposite of Solomon and his bulky stature. He denotes a sense of grace in his movement, though in uncomfortable situations he can get either flighty or rigid depending. His hair is stark black and a shaggy mop atop his head, tinted in styled grey (after being fussed over by Solomon). His face often holds a tired expression and stark blue eyes, despite the exhausted look, tend to flit about everywhere in observation, or child like wonderment, whichever way one likes to look at it. As well, Ahriman talks with a raspy lilt to his voice, dark toned and deep. Often times, Ahriman can be seen wearing either his full suit and tie get up or simply wander around in a pair of slacks and a button up shirt. He likes to be comfortable, but understand that professional is often times more preferable for his job. His attire consists a purple, black, and gold Victorian waistcoat with a black, smallish tailcoat that extends to his midriff before cutting into a sharp angle to hang over his back. His slacks are of a black color with purple trim and he often wears extensively shined and polished dress shoes. (He finds he has a lot of time on his hands).
