His wife Janet died 5 years ago after a thief who tried to rob her stabbed her in the gut with a knife because she fought back.

- Highly skilled MMA fighter;
- Fairly good with guns. Knows the basics;
- Knows a thing or two about cars, he's can't compare to a skilled mechanic but he's good. 
- Aside from english he also speaks very good spanish and even some japanese.
[b]Fears:[/b] Max has been afraid of spiders since childhood and never really got rid of it. He is also afraid of heights.
[b]Disadvantages:[/b] 
- His lone wolf attitude and the fact that he trusts no one, may be problematic both for him and the group he's with.
[b]Morals/religion:[/b] Due to all the bad things that happened in his life, Max lost his faith in God a long time ago. He used to be religious when he was younger but after important people in his life started dying and after certain prayers of his were never answered, Max decided to give up on God and trust only in himself. He is not afraid of death but wants to survive for as long as he can and for that to happen he is willing to do whatever is necesary, without hesitation. He has no problem killing walkers or anyone that might try to harm him or those he's fond of.   
[b]Main weapon:[/b] His body is his main weapon, he does however uses a [url=http://www.smkw.com/large/knife/G2074.jpg]Gerber Gator kukri knife[/url] to eliminate walkers.
[b]Secondary weapon:[/b] A [url=http://media-cache-ec0.pinimg.com/736x/bd/ba/69/bdba69ea8bf623a45e84cf07c9271dcd.jpg]Glock 22[/url] chambered in .40 S&W that Max took from a dead cop when all hell broke loose. He dosen't use it much, only if the situation is desperate and his kukri is not enough. However Max is not very fond of it and seeks to replace it with the first chance he gets.

[b]Personality:[/b] Max is not the most talkative and sociable person. He likes to keep to himself most of the time and rarely opens up to people. He has a high level of distrust when it comes to strangers and always keeps a sharp eye on those that surround him, specifically the group he's in right now. However he wasn't always like this. Before Janet's death Max used to be the exact oposite of what he is right now. Her death very made him bitter and lonely. Mostly because he chose to be that way.  
[b]Bio:[/b] Born in Miami from an english mother and an american father, Max had violent tendencies since childhood. He was often found beating or chasing dogs or cats and even picking on other kids. But despite all that he was far from beying considered a bully. He was just a trouble-maker. To solve this problem his father thought it was a good idea to send him to learn how to fight. He believed that way Max could easily dispose of all that negative energy he had in him. And it worked...partially. Ater a couple of years spent as an amateur fighter, Max signed a contract with the UFC and debuted at the age of 22. He became imidieatly recognized for his agressive fighting style and his passion in the ring. Some experts said that if he keeps it up and nothing bad happends, then his career will be very fruitful. His parents didn't get the chance to see him become a great fighter as they died in a car crash. Not long after that, his older brother moved to New York and the two rarely kept in contact. 

Then he met Janet, one year younger then him, natural red hair, brown eyes. Max fell in love like a fool. Janet helped Max become a better person, more sociable, less agressive. She was a very positive influence for him. After 1 year of relationship they got married. Things finally seemed to go in the right direction in Max's life, he even became UFC Middleweight champion. However that didn't last for long. Five years ago, Janet died after a thief who tried to rob her stabbed her in the gut because she fought back. Max's world started to fall apart piece by piece. First Janet died, next he lost the Middleweight championship to his nr.1 contender. A couple of mo ths later he also lost the rematch for the title and he was hospitalised for a few days because of the injuries suffered. After he got out of the hospital, Max gave up on his UFC career, moved to Atlanta, got his license as an MMA instructor and tried to rebuild his life. But even so...he was nothing but a shadow of his former self. 

Then all hell broke loose. People started rising from the dead, and live one's were transforming into undead, like in movies and video games, only this time it was all real. Max managed to survive and get his ass out of Atlanta. He's been trying to survive ever since.
