It feels about as OP as a blind drunk man with throwing knives. He doesn't know where he's going, and he's got a ton of extra and mostly useless arms. The only real problem is the knives, when he gets close you're dead right there, unless you have a trump card or suicide bomb so that both you and it die. Only those lower on the list have a chance of really doing any damage to it. Also, what kind of a convention hall only has one entrance?

So even if he chased you, there's a chance of him just ending up going backwards as well and getting even further away from you.
