As fast as he killed off the three cops in one blow, yeah, OP. But really this is an RP, people are meant to interact and not go rushing in headfirst. The point is people have to figure out who he's aiming for, and then step in to save them. Ever wonder why the military never won? Because all they did was "Ready? Aim... FIRE!" Our team has to have something special about them, which right now is being able to work together. Plus... there's a little secret I haven't said yet. Our characters have an upper hand over the cops that just blinked from existence. :3

And yeah, people could probably try to run away and leave the RP site... but knowing RPs, everyone wants a piece of the action, and tries to be the hero that one-blows the monster.

But yeah, this monster isn't AS OP as he looks with his 1-hit OPness. He has weaknesses. That are invisible. And will most likely be revealed the second he grabs one of the twins because no one steps in to save them... cus, who wants to save them? xD
