Okay. There's a list of buttons right above where you type your post. And at the bottom of the screen (If you scroll all the way) there is a Formatting Cheatsheet with a button to push for you to open it up. If you type [hider][\hider] but with a forward slash (/) that also works. You can also do [hider=Some Words Here Just For Example] if you want to label it.

well its not battle armour it is to enhance his speed bar in mind he his time in doors and would not be in grate shape even with that thing on someone like olympic runner would be faster then him. 

And to be honest I only added that because well the suit looked techy lol.
