The rules as our checklist.

Okay, a few things I'd like to say.... What is our definition of 'no weapons' or 'fighting'? Can our characters have had fighting skills, but forgot? Or have gotten into fights? Are they allowed to be trained in a weapon skill, but not own one? Are we counting our powers as 'weapons', or how do we handle them?

I'm questing my own characters, mainly because Kassy has had to defend herself. Naoto, being a cop, has had training, and always carries a pistol on him. Not to mention both characters have gotten into a lot of fights.

Ragna, your characters appear to have no problems. Kurano has had 'mob issues' before, but there are no mentions of him actually fighting back, or having anything that would come close to conflicting with the rules. Minami hasn't had any violence at all in her life.
