Slow and clumsy is anything but Alexio. Gifted with a sly tongue and obscene luck from the gods, he could talk his way out of a war if he needed to. Venturesome and thick-skinned, the fearless merchant from the Trader's Isles will stop at nothing to get what he wants -- even at the expense of others. But fear not potential business partners, for Alexio's reputation is absolute when it comes to fulfilling his end of any deal or bargain. Just be sure to read the contract twice before signing.

Clothes: A dark red doublet under a form fitting gray coat. A dark colored vest with a charcoal gray shirt underneath it. Sturdy black boots and fine leather breeches. His long hair is in braids, his neck wrist and fingers heavy with assortments of carved jewelery made from rare stones.
History

Not much is to marvel about Alexio's upbringing. He was born on a hot summer day aboard a slaver's ship. Now was his mother a slave, or by slim chance the wife to the Captain of the ship? Or perhaps the makings of both? Even now Alexio could care less. All that he remembered was the feeling of a giant hand grabbing at the back of his head and lifting him onto one of the many shores of The Trader's Isles. From that point on, his guardians would shift between drifters and travelers, artisans and merchants. By age 10 he learned to live on his own -- pick pocketing the unsuspecting tourist of the north and stealing from local vendors and docked ships of Port Summit's harbors. His delinquency eventually caught up to him when trying to snatch a pouch from a venerable pirate, Kaleem Suleiman of the Tsunami Syndicate. After Alexio put up a valiant effort against a lumbering swashbuckler thrice his size, Kaleem decided to take Alexio under his wing. Had he not agreed, he would be skinned alive with his hide stitched onto one of the grand flags of Kaleem's coursair.

Fast forward 20 years later...

Alexio Kadmizarre is a prominent merchant pirate of the Trader Isles. His boat, The Vishanti, is a brigantine style ship, sleek in design and a dream to handle. It was made out of the remaining pieces of Kaleem's boat that mysteriously found itself swept ashore and abandoned. To this day Alexio has not found any clues regarding the events that lead to Kaleem's disappearance or his wrecked ship.

Under a contracted partnership with the Tsunami Syndicate, Alexio agrees to be one of the many representatives loosely branched under their banner to attend the Festival of Light.
