No, thats pocket space. Portable Hole is Light takes a black hole looking object out of her pocket space (She has an infinite amount of these btw, but she can only have 1 active at a time), and until she tosses it on the ground, it has the properties of a piece of cloth and does nothing. When she does place it on the ground, she can jump into it and pop up out of another hole at any point in her sightline or pop back out of the hole she jumped in, causing an item in her pocket space to come out of a second hole somewhere in her sightlines. Only Light or objects inside her pocket space can come out of these holes or go into them. Entrance holes don't have to be on a surface to work, just have to not be in Light's hand. Exit holes do need to be on a surface though.

Basically a portable wormhole. Its a rarer tex avery thing, and I think Disney used this more often than tex.
