I used to read 2000 A.D. as a kid, but i've pretty much forgotten most of it. Looks like i'm gonna have to go visit my grandma to get that massive stack of comics back if i'm gonna join this.

Questions:

1) What are the limitations as far as character creation, and are we limited with the amount of characters we can make?
2) What is the plot for this RP? I mean, who is the villain and what is the endgame?
