Patriarch, you seem very hesitant to accept corruption in the government when it's already rife in real life. Now, this doesn't mean that your average senator has all these secret plans. The people behind Project Genesis, which is true evil, are the people pulling all the strings. As Bee said, these are potentially self-destructive because not only is Ruby plotting to have her vengeance but she's also laid the seeds of doubt in Adam.
