Hey, Vita? What limitations are there on powers?

Because I was considering using a character with some kind of [url=http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Artistic_Creation]art-based power.[/url]

The whole 'creating other superpowers' thing would need to be removed or limited, obviously, but what do you think?
