Yeah, Blake would be a regular at the library. XD Plus I think Patchouli's only asthma-prone, motion sickness-prone (never been in a vessel like this before), and some other health issues she has (if they are more). I don't think she's allergic to cats. XD (or else she would not like being around Chen).

On that particular subject, I feel like that would be an issue between Blake and Misaka, since her Radio Noise ability canonically generates a strong electromagnetic field that freaks out animals. So I expect there might be a tad bit of tension there.

But then again, what can you do.
