Charlotte - Research Facility
Cinder had used that weird mind link ability in order to warn the little glutton of her soon to be arrival. Charlotte puffed her cheeks, obviously annoyed that she had to wait for so long and do absolutely nothing. So, while waiting, she randomly started a little treasure hunt by lifting one of the larger and looking right under it to see if cheese was there. The activity would be cut short when she'd hear a concerning explosion followed by Cinder's voice being a lot less calm than it was before. The witch predicted that things were likely not turning as great for her companion, enough to have her turn back toward the corridor and take a peak toward the previous ravaged room filled with jam and destroyed objects. "Bwaaahhhh Cinder you're all creepy!" She wailed from farther away, putting her two cents in the current situation. As for the fight itself, the Pyotr could notice that the girl had retreated into cover and took rather serious damage to the leg, enough to make them understand that there was an opening as they wouldn't have the intelligence to do much otherwise. As the opposing woman shot at Cinder Fall and turned her back to the nearest Labyrinth creature meant surround her, the little rat monster charged right at her back, attempting to stab the large syringe right through her right lung.
Meta-Ridley - The Pirate Vessel
Within the captain's quarters, there wasn't anything anything typical to take note of. It wasn't like the basic type of quarters with a desk, a chair and a lot of enriching decoration to demonstrate one's taste in whatever kind of art. No, this one looked more like an armory, with various replacement parts set on different sections of the walls surrounding the captain. There were also many wires scattered all around the room's floor and were all linked to a similar maintenance machine the SE hangar had. Other notable elements would be the many inscriptions written on higher portions of the walls, all of them being in Space Pirate scripture, and of course Ridley's personal escape pod designed for his morphology set at the very edge of the room. After a few verification, he felt ready for the upcoming execution of his project, not traces of nervousness present in his being. He had thought the strongest bounty hunter in his universe, after all and had went through death more than once. It wouldn't be a few ships and a juggernaut that would scare him off the assault. He gave a little more time for the soldiers to prepare as he set himself comfortably on the escape pod while still holding his red, diamond shaped artifact. No one other than Ridley actually knew what it was, but he always seemed protective of it, as if it had some mysterious value no one could know about. After a few minutes of patience, the dragon ordered the pilot to commence the assault protocol he elaborated before the beginning of the mission. With a lack of a countdown, the pod was swiftly fired toward the direction of the oblivious fleet and propelled itself with immense speed toward it. It would be long before the GFS would try to contact the pod, with no response of course, prompting them to send a couple of fighter ships to arrest the pod. As the two ships sandwiched the pod, they were both greeted with a red plasma blast that annihilated both flyers instantly while destroying the pod Ridley was in. The Cybernetic Tyrant had revealed himself to the GFS, flying at ease within space. He didn't waste a second and used the pod's speed to keep himself in a stable flight toward the big ship. The GFS crew wasn't too sure as to what they should do at first, but the obvious reply was to send reinforcements to prevent Ridley from getting closer. While more jets flew toward Ridley, the creature hurled the red item at the same direction he was flying. Upon reaching a certain distance from the planet the GFS was defending, the red artifact would glow. Indeed, the artifact was Red Phazon, a rare an refined phazon harvested by Space Pirates to create powerful tools and weapons and was usually given to the highest level of fighters. This item was preserved after the first phazon crisis and was one of the last traces of phazon in Ridley's own universe. The effects of it glowing was simple, it acted as a form of mirror for Phaaze's corrupting influence. Though not dangerous, phazon would have the nasty effect of damaging many "detectors" if too strong, such as thermal visors. The ridiculously strong presence of phazon would also nullify the GFS' detection systems for a very limited time, leaving the possibility for Ridley's crew to sneak into the mothership's cargo bay undetected within a weak, two minute window. This was Ridley's main goal, take the enemies head on and pose as a general threat himself. Sure, the GFS could notice the decoy aspect of this approach, but what could they do against a small transport ship? It would be as hard as finding an invisible needle in a hay sack if they were to try and counter any form of sneak attack on them. Ridley promptly took care of the upcoming fighter ships kinetic plasma launchers. His next goal was to reach the Mothership himself before the bigger ships mass attack him and eventually easily overpower him, but his speed was strong enough to disregard them for a brief moment.
Corporal Faures - Ridley's Pirate Ship
A rather short and gaunt man was standing as a higher ranked soldier among the men proposed to Arragoz. Faures was indeed the commanding officer of the remaining squad selected for the GFS mothership raid. He wore the typical SE space attire which would bear enough for small distance space flight and could take a few shots too. In his hands a plasma rifle any more ordinary than the rest, five plasma grenades set on hit belt and an emergency plasma pistol set adjacent to the line of explosives. He saluted his commanding agent, Arragoz, as he finished his brief, even though he had quite the hard time to understand almost anything he could say in particular. While the to other soldiers prepared themselves for the final moments, the corporal approached the menacing Ork. "Captain Arragoz, it is an honor. I am Corporal Faures and I'll be assisting you in the maneuvering of this operation. Captain Ridley had ordered us to stay on standby until the pilot gives us our final orders." He told the Ork before noticing out in the space the oddly formed escape pod being launched toward the enemy's camp. It wouldn't be too long before the Pirate cruiser would begin to shoot itself in that same direction as well, immediately setting itself cloaking device in action as it accelerated immensely toward the large ship before them. Faures gripped one of the poles near the exit they were going to take to raid the GFS ship, plasma rifle on his back. The ship had about two minutes to board the now engaged GFS mothership before it could easily pinpoint the ship and kill it before before Arragoz would even say "Gitz". Luckily for them, the pilot was no amateur, but a specifically trained space pirate used to such hostile and dangerous maneuvers. Once the cargo bay was penetrated with ease (considering most of the crew was mobilized in their combat stations), the ship landed while keeping its cloaking, immediately opening its shaft in order to release the stealth hounds. The two soldiers as well as Faures rushed out and cleared the area, a couple of GFS soldiers being caught stealthily with silenced plasma shots on the neck. It was now Arragoz's role to lead this operation to a success.
