Things are indeed getting chaotic. If it helps, you could try doing what I used to prior to getting better at multitasking. When things got hectic, i'd pull out a sheet of paper and read through the posts, then scribble down the names of characters and draw an arrow to connect the names of characters that are currently or just finished interacting with specific characters. Based on current posts it would go something like this:

Vector---->Violet (finished) - current N/A
Molly---->Dimitri (finished) and James (on going)
Dimitri---->Vector (on going) and (potentially) Ariella
Jami & Bear---->N/A 
Violet---->Vector(finished) - current N/A

It's a bit tricky and might be a bit time consuming depending on how quickly you write, but it's definitely effective.
