Motara, a cityscape plane home to the Colleges of Riggery and the Everstone Oracles. It focuses on artifacts of all colours, shapes and sizes, and manipulation of fate through prophecy.

My character would be blue and red, specialising in Riggers and the "assemble a Contraption" mechanic. Motaran Riggers expend resources (mostly mana), time and effort to assemble Contraption artifacts; each Rigger assembles a different, specifically named, Contraption.
