OK So I'll go more in depth on the rules now or more character creation and the little class system type thing I'm going to be using to help make character customization more interesting.

Name:

Trainer Class: (partially a title this effects what starter you can pick and a special ability and starting items you get explained more in class section)

Gender:

Age: (limit's 12-40)

Home Region: (this is just the region they came from anything from kanto to kalos)

Appearance:  (can use anything but if a description make at least 1 paragraph long)

Personality: (at least 1 paragraph)

Trainer History: (nothing bs like being the champion of a region or beating the elite four at most you can have been in is a league tournament or if a coordinator feel free to say you obtained some ribbons in the past)

Starter: (what you start with in the RP nothing past base evolution only certain classes an pick pokemon like Absol or Tropius who don't evolve also if your character has an extensive past as trainer have to pull an ash and only have 1 pokemon but it's pretty much only as strong as a lvl 5 starter in the games)

Classes:

Ace trainer/Cool trainer : Option to choose a starter that doesn't evolve like Absol, get fame slightly faster

Actor/Actress : Just gain fame faster nothing else to say

Assistant : Can choose any starter given out by a pokemon professor gen 1-6 (doesn't include pokemon yellow) however Amona's professors give 
eevee away, start with a pokedex

Athlete/triathlete : start with Acro bicycle and can choose Doduo as a starter

Biker/Roughneck : can intimidate others for more money upon winning a battle and start with a Mach bike

Beginning trainer/pokemon trainer/lass/youngster : basic class only exception is they can choose any of the games starter's
