I think arowne97 merely meant the administrator of the Holy Grail War, not the actual 'Ruler' class from the games, though I may be mistaken.

His reply to me indicated that he was going to be a legitimate ruler leaving the Rider class.

Also about the master spot then would I have to play as a magical girl?
Or is it that spots are currently unorganized and therefore its unclear as to whether I will have to regular master or not?
