I actually enjoyed all but the bount arc in Bleach as far a filler went. I liked the land of tea arc in naruto. Didn't like either of the fairy tail filler arcs. also hated most of the one piece arcs as well.

The bount one is like the only one I wish was canon. The rest are just... Meh... 
Oh and the sword beast arc or whatever it's called. When they have to fight the personifications of their zanpakto. 
I think most Naruto fillers kind of became pointless after a point... 
The thing about One Piece is that the filler arcs are usually more chill than the canon arcs. So not much happens.
